A triple cure emulsion is one that employs a diazo sensitizer as well as a secondary curing system that is already existent in the emulsion. The emulsion is then further fortified by wiping on a hardener to increase both water and solvent resistance. By itself, Stencil Builder is a dual cure. Although it may be used without Hardener T, many printers prefer to wipe on the hardener for extra assurance. The procedure is the same as sensitizing regular diazo type emulsions. After drying and touching up the emulsion, Hardener T is wiped on and the screen is left to dry for about an hour.
